In July the VR Unit ordered a VR counselor assigned to my case and he was responsible for my RTW plan. He put the plan together and included hours per week that must be assigned (based on pre-injury hours) and the plan was approved and signed by my employer and the IC company.

As of late, they have decreased my hours below what is in the RTW plan. Is there any remedy for this problem?

Thank you in advance.

speak with your employer regarding the drop in hours. the rehabilitation plan is a contract, and they may be in breach of the contract. contact the voc rehab counselor regarding the situation, and call the Rehab unit for assistance in filing an RU-103 dispute resolution form.
