I would like to know if I can petition...someone.....to exchange my VRT for a monetary amount as part of my S&A settlement.
My area is very rural. I don't see any benefit in going through the services of a vocational rehab.service, as the pickin's are reather slim.

So, can I get a money award instead of the VR services.???

There is no way to force a settlement. However, you can call your claims adjuster and ask to settle your VR benefits via an "RU122."
