Why do we need 2 different passwords to post to the Professional and Injured Worker forums? I do not see any point to it. Can you make it simpler?

Hi Puzzled:

The reason for this is because of the original design of this forum - we did not anticipate that it would grow as big and as fast as it did... our faux paus due to lack of planning.

There is a "patch" for the time being until we implement an entirely new Forums system - if you register through our main site, www.workcompcentral.com, your log in and password there will work in all WorkCompCentral properties.

Hi, Davidd.

Maybe the 2 passwords is not that bad, but can you fix it so we only need 1 e-mail address to get the other password? Some of us have only one e-mail address.

Thank you, Davidd.

I was able log into the IW Forum by registering through the main site, www.workcompcentral.com, using the same e-mail address and password. It might be a good idea for other professionals to do the same and contribute with their knowledge. Some IWs need help and sometimes all they get is misinformation.

You're welcome Puzzled!

This coming year you will see many changes at WCC, including a better, more centralized user management database. So stay tuned. Things are only going to get better.

Thanks again for using our service.
