I have a friend who owns a shop in Pomona who is being sued by an employee in workers' compensation. They are looking for a GOOD attorney to represent them vigorously. They are ready for the costs of this type of defense. Does anyone have anyone they could recommend?

If your friend is uninsured, they may run into some difficulties obtaining representation and it will be costly. There is also a high risk of fees, fines, and criminal prosecution. What they need is someone who will be on top of all payments and close the claim quickly, in order to decrease risk of prosecution. E-mail me privately, I may be interested in taking on this representation.
