I am hoping someone can provide me with a source where I can research the OMFS as it pertains to Medical - Legal Services. I am looking for a detailed explanation as to what qualifies for different levels of service. Example: if you bill for a ML 104 and apportionment was one of the qualifying omplexity factors it was addressed but not outlined in the report due to diagnostic testing can you still include that as a complexity factor??? Any guidance will be appreciated.
