Here goes.......
If SCIF was originally chartered by the State Legislature to provide worker's comp insurance are their policies/guidelines public information?
They act like turtles when confronted with requests for copies of polices and/or guidelines. On one hand they strut about saying that they are a "quasi" governmental agency BUT when push comes to shove they pull their heads back into their shells and say that they're not.
Which is it??? Their pay checks are issued by the state with monies provided in part by the tax payer.
