Well, I will answer my own question then .... !

No actually, I had posed this question to the DWC person whose voice mail I had been referred to in order to answer this question.

I rec'd a voicemail response from DWC earlier today (09/17/2008).

The voicemail answer was......

"apparently it won't be out anytime soon".

LOL...
It's not out yet..I tried ordering 4th edition and got the check returned to me with a letter stating they don't know when the new one will be ready...
There's a supplemental printing to 3rd edition though..
