Compression fractures can qualify applicants for category 2, 3 & 4 levels. My question is how is the percentage of the fracture quantified
25%, 50%, etc)? I assume some kind of diagnostic testing is necessary and needs to be referenced in the report ot verify the rating. Your thoughts.

check out example 15-5 (radiograph), and yes the evidence need be referenced. Not sure a doc would author an opinion of % without the requesite x-ray SWAG???
