Left wrist impairment per ROM 5% (diagnosis CTS)
Left elbow impairment 4%
left shoulder impairment 9%
left arm impairment 7%
left arm impairment due to CTS 5%

Right elbow impairment due to overuse 2%

not if each one is based on loss of ROM, loss of strength, if applicable, or loss of sensory perception. There is not enough information or evidence provided to provide a conclusive answer.....IRAC

If it is all due to the same peripheral nerve issue and CTS, the Guides states how to address impairment for that on page 495. If correct, based on that, you have some double dipping.

Have you noticed that 495 doesn't say anything about ROM combination. If one literally reads 495, and rates pursuant to 495 then there is no combination (stand alone). 16.5a seems to also suggest you can't unless RSD. I say no ROM if CTS or any other peripheral neuropathies.
