This will be the first lien I've filed since the advent of EAMS. I read that the WCAB wants all docs to be on white paper for scanning purposes. Does this apply to the green lien form?

Thanks for any input, Laura

Yup. Use white paper, don't two-hole punch, don't staple (stock up on paper clips).

Thanks for the update.

Does that go for all correspondence and medical reports -- white paper, no staples, no holes?

yes, no staples no holes, white paper only --- so we will see how much gets lost and I am now a huge fan of binder clips which have less of a tendency to slip off then paper clips - recall you are usually submitting through the US mail that has automated processing which does not lend itself to silk glove handling.

"no folds!"

Ok, no folding, but are "spindling and mutilating" affected?

(Sorry, I couldn't resist.)
