Recently my client sent out a MPN notice with a list of Orthopedic Surgeons. The app atty is objecting to the MPN list since they are not "Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeons".

Is this a requirement? I could not find it in the regs.

Im sure there are many board certified ortho docs just waiting to get on to the MPN. Nominate one of your choosing making the objection mute and they will be stuck with your defense doc.
