Responsible for analyzing files for possible fraud investigation; analyze files for strategy, discovery, pre-trial, trial, and settlements. Perform legal research; prepare rating (old and under AMA Guides); prepare trial briefs, petitions, answers, objections and relevant pleadings for attorneys; frame issues for trial; frame questions for depositions and cross-examination of doctors; meet with carriers SIU and fraud D.A. and assist in investigation.
