SCENARIO:
1. AME in orthopedics says no more surgery.
2. About two years later PTP says surgery for spine neded. A revision surgery. UR approves.
QUESTIONS:
1. Is the Employer legally bound to UR approval following Sandhagen OR can they rely on AME?
2. How much time does the Defense to object to UR report and request reconsideration of the approval?
